ORTLIEB USA accepts no liability for any claims relating to normal wear and tear, improper product use, failure to follow assembly or mounting instructions, product modifications, or improper storage. The warranty does not cover material abrasion, holes, tears, cuts, or other damages that occur as a result of an external variable or event (i.e. bicycle accident).

ORTLIEB USA does not assume responsibility for the cost of shipping an item to ORTLIEB USA for assessment, repair, or replacement. That cost is the responsibility of the user.

The Atrack outdoor backpack zippers open like a suitcase, greatly simplifying your packing logistics by giving you an at-a-glance overview of – and immediate access to – the individual items in your pack. You can also set the Atrack down on its front side to keep the harness system clean and dry. The Atrack not only spares you the inconvenient rummaging through your backpack, it allows you to do without a rain cover. No matter whether you get caught in a downpour or have to swim through a river, your gear will remain absolutely dry! This is because the pack’s PVC-free nylon material and TIZIP zipper (updated version) are 100% waterproof. By the way, the zipper is located on the side that contacts your back, which also protects against theft in a crowd.
