Bags acquired second-hand, or via unauthorized 3rd Party retailers (such as eBay or Amazon) are not eligible for warranty coverage through ORTLIEB USA.

ORTLIEB USA accepts no liability for any claims relating to normal wear and tear, improper product use, failure to follow assembly or mounting instructions, product modifications, or improper storage. The warranty does not cover material abrasion, holes, tears, cuts, or other damages that occur as a result of an external variable or event (i.e. bicycle accident).

ORTLIEB USA does not assume responsibility for the cost of shipping an item to ORTLIEB USA for assessment, repair, or replacement. That cost is the responsibility of the user.
Please contact our Product Service team to submit a warranty inquiry or request a repair. If your product is replaced pursuant to the terms of the warranty, the date of the original purchase shall still apply as the reference date for the 5-year warranty period.

This ultra-bright seat pack offers a real payload and comes with a convenient adapter system for quick and easy attachment.Made of a highly reflective fabric in neon yellow and black, the waterproof Saddle-Bag High-Vis is a redesigned ORTLIEB classic that offers enhanced safety. With a 4.1-liter payload, the pack is spacious enough to replace a small backpack. The Saddle-Bag High-Vis is ideal for road bikers, mountain bikers and other bikers who want a stand-alone pack or additional stowage space for longer tours. Thanks to the pack’s roll closure and side buckles, everything you stow remains snugly packed and easy to access. The Saddle-Bag attaches directly to your bike seat with an adjustable snap buckle. The intuitive adapter allows you to quickly attach the pack to or detach it from your bike. Moreover, the snap buckle is compatible with all previous Saddle-Bag models so that you could use it on different bikes. A hook and loop strap that attaches to your seat stem provides additional stability, effectively preventing any unwanted shifting. Another advantage: the pack doubles as a rear fender, keeping spray water off your back. Note: Not suitable for carbon saddles. Mounting on carbon seat posts is possible when used with a suitable protective film.
