ORTLIEB USA accepts no liability for any claims relating to normal wear and tear, improper product use, failure to follow assembly or mounting instructions, product modifications, or improper storage. The warranty does not cover material abrasion, holes, tears, cuts, or other damages that occur as a result of an external variable or event (i.e. bicycle accident).

ORTLIEB USA does not assume responsibility for the cost of shipping an item to ORTLIEB USA for assessment, repair, or replacement. That cost is the responsibility of the user.
Please contact our Product Service team to submit a warranty inquiry or request a repair. If your product is replaced pursuant to the terms of the warranty, the date of the original purchase shall still apply as the reference date for the 5-year warranty period.

With a padded inside compartment for your laptop/tablet and a total volume of 23 liters, the Velocity High-Vis is spacious enough to carry everything you’ll need at work, school or play. And what makes this daypack really special is the reflective yarn woven into the polyurethane-coated fabric. The yarn, which is evenly distributed across the whole daypack, is highly reflective as soon as it’s struck by a motorist’s headlights, thereby significantly increasing the likelihood that you’ll be detected at night in street traffic. Even during the day, the fluorescent yellow is a colorful eye-catcher. The practical hook and loop roll closure and the ergonomic carriage system make this daypack a favorite accessory for every day. You can also attach an additional rear light or helmet to the mount on the closure.

What size should my backpack be?

The ORTLIEB Velocity is available in three sizes and adapts perfectly to your everyday needs.
The most popular version is the 23-liter model, as it offers an ideal balance between a clean look and sufficient flexibility.
Those who are smaller or need less volume should choose the 17-liter version of the Velocity or the Velocity Lite.
For anyone who regularly carries more, the Velocity is also available in a 29-liter version. This largest model offers plenty of storage space and an additional practical external zippered pocket.
