ORTLIEB USA accepts no liability for any claims relating to normal wear and tear, improper product use, failure to follow assembly or mounting instructions, product modifications, or improper storage. The warranty does not cover material abrasion, holes, tears, cuts, or other damages that occur as a result of an external variable or event (i.e. bicycle accident).

ORTLIEB USA does not assume responsibility for the cost of shipping an item to ORTLIEB USA for assessment, repair, or replacement. That cost is the responsibility of the user.
Please contact our Product Service team to submit a warranty inquiry or request a repair. If your product is replaced pursuant to the terms of the warranty, the date of the original purchase shall still apply as the reference date for the 5-year warranty period.

The ORTLIEB Gravel-Pack is a waterproof single bag with a volume of 14.5 litres. It offers reliable storage space for provisions, cooking utensils or additional equipment.

The lightweight and abrasion-resistant material is designed for tough conditions on gravel and stone tracks. The waterproof roll closure ensures that adverse weather conditions cannot damage your luggage. Waterproofing is standard.

The proven Quick-Lock mounting system attaches the Gravel-Pack securely and stably to the luggage rack. This makes the bag suitable for gravel, mountain or fat bikes. It secures your equipment during multi-day tours or races.

This bag with the Quick-Lock3.1 mounting system comes with the studs necessary for luggage racks that feature QL3.1 compatible mounting points. If you want to use the bag on a rack without an integrated QL3.1 mount, you will need an additional mounting set. The mounting set weighs only 140 g and attaches securely to the rack. Our Quick-Rack comes with all the necessary parts, you don't need the studs nor the mounting set.

The QL mounting systems on ORTLIEB panniers allow fast and secure mounting on racks. They are referred to as self-locking fixing systems, for the panniers provided with this system can be mounted to the racks in an easy and safe manner. In case of damage all components can be replaced easily.

The QL3.1 system is especially developed for office and city bags an its secret lies in the fact that the main mounting components stay on the rack. This results in a smooth rear side of the bag that is free of protruding hooks, and significantly improves the bag’s carrying comfort when off the bike.

This mounting system for bike panniers is the further development of ORTLIEB’s milestone setting QL1 system. All hooks are adjustable to the rack without requiring any tools. Therefore, the panniers can be easily switched from one bike to another.

Does the Gravel-Pack Single fit my luggage rack?

ORTLIEB bags with the Quick-Lock mounting system are compatible with almost all luggage racks. The Quick-Lock2.1 and Quick-Lock2.2 systems fit racks with tube diameters from 8 mm to 16 mm. Bags with Quick-Lock3.1 require special attachment points on the luggage rack, which can easily be retrofitted using a mounting kit if necessary.

The ORTLIEB Gravel-Pack shares many characteristics with other ORTLIEB bike bags such as the Sport-Roller or Back-Roller. It is also waterproof to IP64, extremely robust, and equipped with the proven roll closure. The volume is 14.5 liters per bag, the same as the Sport-Roller.
The key difference lies in its intended use: the Gravel-Pack is specifically designed for bikepacking and off-road touring. It is made from particularly lightweight, abrasion-resistant nylon fabric, making it ideal when every gram counts. Additional comfort features such as outer pockets or organizers were deliberately omitted to save weight and maximize freedom of movement in rough terrain.
