Bags acquired second-hand, or via unauthorized 3rd Party retailers (such as eBay or Amazon) are not eligible for warranty coverage through ORTLIEB USA.

ORTLIEB USA accepts no liability for any claims relating to normal wear and tear, improper product use, failure to follow assembly or mounting instructions, product modifications, or improper storage. The warranty does not cover material abrasion, holes, tears, cuts, or other damages that occur as a result of an external variable or event (i.e. bicycle accident).

ORTLIEB USA does not assume responsibility for the cost of shipping an item to ORTLIEB USA for assessment, repair, or replacement. That cost is the responsibility of the user.
Please contact our Product Service team to submit a warranty inquiry or request a repair. If your product is replaced pursuant to the terms of the warranty, the date of the original purchase shall still apply as the reference date for the 5-year warranty period.

The Soulo not only inspires with its pleasant touch made possible by the PU-coated polyester fabric but also with its modern, minimalist design. It opens easily thanks to the practical magnetic lid closure and provides an ideal view of the inside. The powerful magnets can be secured by small controls, not visible from the outside, which protect the bag against unwanted access. The small outer pocket on the front side of the smart backpack offers space for a smartphone, keys or wallet. There’s also room for larger items of technical equipment such as a notebook computer or tablet inside the integrated laptop compartment. The ergonomic shoulder straps make it pleasant to carry.
